Dren Kukaj is an Attorney at Law and the founder of Kukaj & Associates, with professional experience across the banking sector and public governance.

He developed his legal expertise at ProCredit Bank, working on regulatory compliance, contracts, and legal matters related to financial operations.

He later served in senior roles within the Municipality of Prishtina, including Legal Advisor to the Mayor, Director of Property, and Director of Social Welfare, focusing on legal aspects of public assets, governance, and institutional decision-making.

With international legal education at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands and University of Turku in Finland, specializing in economic law and digital law, he applies a structured and European-oriented legal approach in his work.

Alongside his legal practice, he serves as an Arbitrator at the Permanent Tribunal of Arbitration of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce.
